Attorney Kim has represented various clients in the procurement and litigation of patents. Before joining HANA, he worked Hong-in, Dae-Ju, and KBK & Associates as a patent attorney. He was a member of the firm's electronic patent and foreign practice groups. His areas of practice primarily covered patent prosecution, litigation, patent-related opinions for patent validity and infringement, licensing, and technology transfer matters focusing on various electronic engineering fields, in particular, Display Device, Mobile Terminal, Video/Audio Codec and Digital Rights Management.
