Attorney Yoon has extensive experience in all aspects of trademark, design and copyright acquisition and litigation, as well as in counseling clients. Working with both Korean and international companies, she has implemented IP strategies in both domestic and foreign jurisdictions - often litigating to secure and reclaim rights - that lead to favorable legal and commercial outcomes. She is a strong litigator - as evidenced by the recent successful litigation of Internet-related cases - and has an in-depth understanding of trademarks and copyrights within the business context, including the ever-evolving complexities of IP issues raised by the advancement of the Internet and e-commerce.
