Mr. Jun-Wook Nam joined Hana & Company in 2011. He has practiced in the area of intellectual property law, with particular concentration in patent prosecution, trial, and litigation. He also has substantial experience in IP counseling, licensing, patent strategy, and anti-trust matters. He has represented numerous clients in matters concerning a wide range of technologies, including machinery, MEMS, semiconductor, metallurgy, automotive, medical devices, and business model.

Mr. Nam graduated summa cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from Seoul National University, and also received M.S. degree there. Before joining Hana & Company, he worked at YOUME Patent and Law Firm, Lee international IP & Law Group, and MAPS IP Law Firm. He also worked at Seoul IP Center as a Specialized Counselor, where he conducted the public service to support small and medium enterprises with an emphasis on intellectual property law and patent management. He is a member of Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
